SmartTRAK is a comprehensive, easy-to-use, web-based business intelligence solution that integrates real-time market data and analysis with the power of information technology (IT) accessible throughout an organization, fostering an innovative collaborative approach to market strategy and driving better decisions.
We are looking for a motivated individual with knowledge of the medical device industry and experience in concept sales and introducing B2B platforms to the medical device industry. The applicant must be an a self-starter, comfortable cold calling and interacting with senior level executives, understand the hierarchy and different departments within a medical device company, able to communicate the benefits of a digital solution.
| Inside Sales Representative Job Duties: |
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; cold calls
- Closes new accounts by responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries; building rapport; providing product information and explanations; preparing quotations
- Attend major conventions and trade shows for face-to-face interactions with clients
- Develops accounts by reviewing customer's purchase history; suggesting related and new items; Expanding the users at existing accounts; explaining technical features

| Inside Sales Representative Skills/Qualifications: |
- Should have 3-5 years carrying a quota and meeting sales goals
- Experience in the Medical Device industry
- Be an effective closer
- Have good prospecting skills
- Be online savvy
- Effective at building relationships
- Experience with salesforce.com
